The client
mPWR is a healthcare organization that required a digital platform to centralize the management and distribution of educational and promotional content related to healthcare products for medical professionals and field teams.
The challenge
The organization needed a technological solution capable of centralizing the management and distribution of interactive multimedia content for healthcare professionals.
Key challenges included:
- Managing large interactive multimedia files (iCVA) up to 300 MB.
- Administering multiple organizations within the same system.
- Controlling access through roles, workgroups, and permissions.
- Ensuring fast access and visualization in under 30 seconds.
- Allowing user interaction through quizzes and surveys.
- Providing content availability both online and offline.
- Scalability for future Apple ecosystem device integration.
The solution
A modular and scalable web platform was developed to manage interactive multimedia content for healthcare organizations:
- Centralized dashboard for uploading, managing, and presenting multimedia content.
- Multi-organization management via subdomain-based architecture.
- Complete user and permission management with custom roles and workgroups.
- Internal notifications, quizzes, surveys, and analytics tools.
- Online and offline content availability.
- Automatic decompression of compressed iCVA files.

Centralized Content Dashboard
The platform includes an interactive dashboard that allows administrators to organize, manage, and present multimedia content. Administrators can upload compressed iCVA files that are automatically decompressed, organize multimedia content, control access, and monitor usage via analytics and insights.

The solution features a subdomain-based architecture with three levels: Super Admin Dashboard for global management, Organization Administration for individual subdomain management, and an End-User Environment built with Flutter for intuitive content interaction by healthcare professionals.
Interaction & Analytics
Tools to enhance engagement and measure interaction include internal notifications, quizzes and surveys, analytics and insights reports, and interactive Field Connect — enabling administrators to understand content usage and improve communication strategies.
