The Challenge
- Technical updates: Compatibility with new web development versions, updating premium plugins, and custom templates without losing functionality.
- Optimization of membership processes and forms: Review and improvement of registration processes, integration with external systems (Keap/Infusionsoft), and prevention of SPAM.
- Automation and workflows: Migration of local and production instances, server and DNS configuration.

The Solution

- Automatic update and testing flows (CI/CD) are implemented using Github Actions and Cypress to reduce human error and speed up deployments.
- Product display is modified to avoid confusion about previous purchases and access to content.
- Migration and configuration of local and production instances, ensuring service continuity and correct server and DNS configuration.
- Implementation of cache systems and adjustments so that content changes are reflected. Diagnosis and resolution of technical errors, such as update problems, plugin errors, form failures, and compatibility with new versions of PHP.
- Configuring health and monitoring endpoints with tools such as UptimeRobot to ensure the site's availability and proper functioning.
- Validated SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for the domain to improve deliverability and reduce the chance of emails landing in spam folders.
- Performed end-to-end tests to confirm that confirmation emails are sent and received as expected.
